These mini bagel bites are made with large flour tortillas, cream cheese, butter, and Everything Bagel seasoning, resulting in a mouthwatering snack that is quick to make and loved by EVERYONE in my house. They taste like crispy little handheld bagels. Yum!
Ingredients
- large flour tortillas
- cream cheese
- butter
- Everything Bagel seasoning (optional)
To make this quick and easy snack, start by spreading a generous layer of cream cheese over a large flour tortilla. Next, sprinkle on a little Everything Bagel seasoning over the cream cheese. This seasoning blend typically includes a combination of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and salt, providing a ton of flavor and a delightful crunch.

Once you’ve seasoned the tortilla, tightly roll it up into a log shape and slice it into bite-sized pinwheels.

Want to make them even more exciting? Sprinkle on a little shredded cheddar and diced jalapenos. Or make them sweet with sugar and cinnamon! You could also spread a bit of jelly over the cream cheese or add diced strawberries. Anything that pairs well with a bagel is game on!
Crispy Bagel Bites
Ingredients
- 1 flour tortilla (I used Carb Balance)
- 2 tbsp softened cream cheese
- Everything Bagel Seasoning (to taste)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread the cream cheese evenly all over your tortilla and then sprinkle with seasoning.
- Tightly roll the tortilla and then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt your butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add your pinwheels and stir them into the butter. Cook, flipping occasionally, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Let them cool for about 5 minutes before eating. They are much better once the cream cheese hardens a bit.
Notes
- What else could you stuff into these pinwheels? Try experimenting with flavored cream cheese, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar, jelly, sliced strawberries, or anything else that pairs well with a bagel.
