Surprisingly, with this recipe, all of the baking is done in the crock pot. It’s like magic! Slice this bread for sandwiches, toast, or finally as a simple side dish. It’s so soft and develops a crust on the outside similar to when baked.

The exception is that you don’t need to give the dough time to rise. The active dry yeast is plenty for this method! It’s the perfect, easy white bread recipe with a subtle sweetness that you will want to make over and over.

Ingredients

• About 17 frozen yeast dinner rolls
• 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of rosemary
• 1 teaspoon of kosher salt

Instructions

1. In a slow cooker, place 2 sheets of parchment paper in the pot.
2. Place 17 frozen rolls all around the pot, spaced out, set on warm, and cook for 2 hours.
3. After 2 hours, pour the oil all around, along with the rosemary and salt. Then, using your clean fingers, poke holes all around the bread.

• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 ½ cups luke-warm water
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 3 1/2 cups flour
