Ingredients
  

🐔 Chicken Crust

  • 1 lb Ground chicken Can swap with ground turkey
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Can use low-fat or dairy-free cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Adds salty flavor boost
  • 1 large Egg Helps bind the crust together
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil) Can use fresh herbs if preferred
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder Optional but adds flavor
  • Salt & pepper To taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For baking tray or brushing

🥗 Caesar Salad Topping

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce Can swap with kale or mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing Yogurt-based dressing works for lighter version
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Fresh is best for flavor
  • 1/2 cup Cooked chicken pieces Optional protein boost or skip
  • Black pepper Freshly ground, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking tray
  • Mix chicken, cheeses, egg, herbs, and seasoning
  • Shape mixture into a flat 10–12 inch pizza crust
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and firm
  • Toss romaine with Caesar dressing + Parmesan
  • Let crust cool slightly after baking
  • Add salad mixture on top of crust
  • Top with chicken bits + extra dressing + pepper
  • Slice and serve immediately
