Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • Unsalted butter 1 cup (2 sticks)
  • Granulated sugar 2 cups
  • Eggs 4 large
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp

Topping

  • Fresh strawberries (hulled & halved) 1 pint
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup
  • Heavy cream 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter, mix with sugar, then add eggs + vanilla until smooth.
  • Combine dry ingredients separately, then mix into wet batter.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Arrange halved strawberries evenly over cooled brownies.
  • Melt chocolate chips + cream to make ganache.
  • Pour ganache over strawberries and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour until set. Slice and serve.
