- 12 oz medium pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Cook pasta shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Drain grease, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Pour in heavy cream and milk; stir well.
Add cream cheese, cheddar, and mozzarella; melt until smooth.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
Add cooked pasta and mix until coated.
Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Serve warm.
