1/4 cup Ketchup low sugar
1 tbsp Mustard Dijon for a twist
1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning adjust to taste
For the Toppings
1 cup Pickles or cucumbers
2 cups Lettuce any mix of leafy greens
Instructions
Dice the red potatoes into small, even pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 16-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté for 10-15 minutes until deep golden brown and tender.
Increase skillet heat to medium-high and add ground beef. Smash down for even searing; cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the bowl with air-fried potatoes as the base, then add smashed beef, caramelized onions, shredded cheese, and drizzle with sauce. Top with pickles and lettuce.
