Ingredients
  

For the Bowl Base

  • 1 lb Ground Beef or ground turkey or plant-based crumbles
  • 4 medium Red Potatoes or riced cauliflower for low-carb

For the Flavors

  • 1 medium Onion diced, caramelized
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Colby Jack or pepper jack

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup low sugar
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Dijon for a twist
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning adjust to taste

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup Pickles or cucumbers
  • 2 cups Lettuce any mix of leafy greens

Instructions
 

  • Dice the red potatoes into small, even pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 16-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté for 10-15 minutes until deep golden brown and tender.
  • Increase skillet heat to medium-high and add ground beef. Smash down for even searing; cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble the bowl with air-fried potatoes as the base, then add smashed beef, caramelized onions, shredded cheese, and drizzle with sauce. Top with pickles and lettuce.
