Strawberry Crunch Banana Pudding

For the base:

- • 2 bananas, sliced
- • 1 box vanilla pudding mix
- • 2 cups cold milk
- • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
For the strawberry crunch:
- • 1 cup crushed strawberry cookies (or strawberry shortcake crumbs)
- • 2 tbsp melted butter
Start by preparing the pudding with cold milk and let it thicken.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft and fluffy.
Fold the whipped cream gently into the pudding to create a light, creamy texture.
In a dish, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and the cream mixture.
Repeat the layers until everything is used.
Mix the crushed strawberry cookies with melted butter, then sprinkle generously on top.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
